Return policy: ALL sales are final, no exchanges no refunds ALTHOUGH you do have up to 24hrs after the delivery date & time to contact us at the email Sleptona@gmail.com about any items damaged upon arrival in which you will be eligible for an exchange. The product also must be unused and still in its original packaging or unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange.

Shipping & Policies:

  • Shipping is 7-10 business days including processing days; Weekends and Holidays not included.

WE SHIP: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & most Saturdays

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered in and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, verifying your Identity customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If no response is given within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SleptONA, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and/or FedEx. SleptONA does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered and do not issue refunds or replace products. Every item we ship out is insured.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will attempt to contact you several times so we can get it sent back to you, in this case you will have to repay the shipping cost, you also have the option to receive a refund (shipping cost not included). After several attempts if no response is given within 7-14 Days the item will be put back on the market.
